I got this workout from a magazine and made it into a graphic! I do it all the time and it’s a real workout I am always dripping sweat afterwords!
- Today I won’t binge.
- … I won’t eat.
- I will get some work done. Most of it preferably.
- That stupid essay must be finished.
- 30 minutes on the treadmill. Not 20, not 25, 30.
i just want to be perfect. stop this madness. help.
- Did 40 minutes on the treadmill. 222 calories… not that much but better than nothing. I did the ‘Fat Blasting Treadmill Workout’ but errm… I wouldn’t even call that a workout. Maybe the settings on the person who did the plan are different to my treadmill, but I found it just way to slow. I didn’t run at all, it was just walking. I felt ridiculous especially because a pretty skinny girl was running right next to me.
- 10 minutes of sauna. I was supposed to do 15+15 but as good as it feels, I just get bored so easily.
- 14:47 and I still haven’t had anything to eat. Keep it that way.
